We practise Yoga to return to a balanced state. Yoga heals physically,
emotionally and mentally. With a regular and dedicated practice, you will
sleep better, have increased energy, better endurance
and an increase in lean muscle. You will see a decrease in stress and
anxiety. You will breathe better and have less aches and pains. Yoga
helps with concentration, attention, mind – body awareness and connection.

Yoga integrates the mind and body. It is an exercise
to strengthen and stretch your body whilst slowing down your mind. Yoga is
a lifestyle if you wish and it simply means “unite”. We practise to
unite mind, body and spirit so we feel more enlightened. In finding Yoga, one reaches heaven on earth.
