Vinyasa - Level 1

Gentle, simple and flowing sequences of yoga poses which are linked by steady rhythmic breathing and practiced to music. Will include simple sun salutations. No yoga experience necessary

Vinyasa - Level 2

Invigorating and creative sequencing of yoga poses, linking breath and movement to music creating internal heat.  Sun salutations and some inversions will be included. Yoga experience recommended but not necessary.

Vinyasa - Level 2 -3

Dynamic and challenging sequencing of poses with music to create internal heat and focus.  A fun mix of arm balances, inversions, strength and flexibility work, which are set off with ten rounds of sun salutations will challenge you body and mind.   Not suitable for beginners.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Students are led thru the sun salutations, standing poses, some of the primary series seated poses, and finishing poses. The vinyasa method, postures, breathing practice, dristis, and bandhas are introduced. The opening and closing chants may also practiced. Hatha Yoga - Level 1

Focus is on the fundamentals of yoga. Learn the basics of asana and pranayama.

Hatha Yoga - Level 2

Stretch, strengthen and find balance to achieve good health. Beginning with simple stretches and a warm up, this class will then move into some more challenging poses. The meditation and relaxation which finishes all yoga classes will leave you feeling renewed, refreshed and revitalised.

Let tension melt from body and mind as you indulge in a class specifically focussing on elongating and relaxing your muscles.  No yoga experience required.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, gentle and meditative practice with music, incorporating long held floor poses to nourish the joints and improve flexibility.  The use of props will help you reach deeper release and new heights in your practice.  No yoga experience required..

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a simple yet profoundly powerful relaxation technique.

It is used for deep relaxation to counteract stress, to improve cardiovascular health, to treat both acute and chronic disease, to enhance the learning process and to harmonise and awaken your inner potential.
