will then move into some more challenging poses. A meditation
and relaxation at the end will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Meditation
Let yourself be skilfully guided through this class
to cleanse your mind of clutter and find peace. This class utilises
a variety of meditation methods including deep relaxation and chakra
awareness. No meditation experience is required.
Power Yoga
Similar to Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga is a dynamic
and challenging set of postures creating internal heat and focus. The
class, which will challenge you body and mind, will begin with ten
rounds of sun salutations. Power Yoga is practiced to music in
a warm room. Yoga experience is recommended.
Super Stretch
Let tension melt from body and mind as you indulge
in a class specifically designed to elongate and relax your muscles.
Vinyasa Flow
An invigorating set of postures linking breath and
movement, creating internal heat. Vinyasa Flow is a creative sequencing
of yoga poses which are practiced to music.
Yin Yoga
A quiet, slow and methodical practice, incorporating
long held floor poses to nourish the joints and improve flexibility.
