You do not need to make a booking to attend a class. For the comfort of everyone, classes are limited to 30. Please come a few minutes early to get settled before the class begins.
What do I need to bring? We supply mats and props. You need not bring anything.
What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing, which stretches and
moves easily. Yoga is practiced barefoot.
How often should I practice? This is personal. Yoga is safe to practice
as often as you like, as long as you listen to your body. We suggest
at least twice a week. Discipline over weeks and months is
more important than how often per week you practice. Choose what works
for you, and dedicate that time to yourself.
I have never done yoga before. Which class is best for me? A
beginner class is terrific if you are nervous or not sure what
to expect. It is also good if you have a specific injury or are not
in the best of health. There is more instruction in a beginner class.
A general / beginner class is suitable for those with any level of
yoga experience (including no experience).
There is good instruction, however the class will be slightly more
challenging.
I have never done yoga before but want to do a general class. Is this
okay?
Yes. There is always a modification for any yoga pose. As long
as you listen to your body’s messages and mention any injury to your
instructor, you are welcome to join the general class.

love them’
