Jennifer began her yoga journey twelve years ago while living in Sydney. She has been a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2003 and has been to many teacher trainings and workshops with great yoga teachers including Shiva Rea, Pattabhi Jois, Rodney Yee, David Swenson, Dena Kinsberg and others. After teaching in Houston and Melbourne for 4 years, she returned to NZ in 2007 with her husband and two young children and continues to teach clients in their homes. As all styles of yoga had elements she wanted to share, Jennifer's teaching style is a mix of lineages and influences from her time on the mat. Most of all she's an enthusiastic teacher who loves inspiring others in their practice and encourages a relaxed fun class. |
