Kate
draws on 25 years of Yogic, Buddhist and contemporary traditions of
inner work. Vispassana and Mindfulness have been major influences and
are at the core of her teaching. She has always had a strong interest
in the inner journey and has explored a variety of traditions and teachers.
Whilst her approach is eclectic, it is grounded in established traditions.
Kate holds a yogateaching diploma (IYTA) with 13 years teaching experience
in Australia and is also a qualified herbalist.
'Through practice, I've come to see that the deepest source of my misery is not wanting things to be the way they are. Not wanting myself to be the way I am. Not wanting the world to be the way it is. Not wanting others to be the way they are. Whenever I am suffering I find this war with reality to be at the heart of the problem.'
