Mary-Anne’s classes are a balance of precise instruction, alignment with breath, and fluid movement. Her aim is to share the accessible and rejuvenating benefits of yoga through disciplined and careful teaching. She has been an enthusiastic and dedicated student of yoga since taking her first class in 2006. Mary-Anne has trained with Vincent Bolleta in Auckland; studied Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga with Simon Borg-Olivier and completed the YogaWorks 200hr Teacher Training program in Hawaii, qualifying for YA200hr (RYT) registration in 2011. She recently attended the annual Yoga Journal Conference in New York, an incredible experience of yoga immersion with master teachers. “I love how yoga allows us to tap into our inner strength and connect more with ourselves to bring us into a place of healthy balance.” Mary-Anne is a Parnell local of nineteen years and has a busy family with three teenagers. |
