Foundations of Vinyasa Course with Denise Ferguson A series of yoga classes where you will learn the basic Vinyasa (sequences), and the Pranayama (breathing technique) of Vinyasa Flow, the Ujjayi Breath. Each class will involve dynamic yoga sequences with opportunities for discussion on alignment, contraindications, modifications and anything else which does not get covered in a regular yoga class. Limited spaces will mean there will be plenty of personal attention and hands on adjustments. A series of yoga classes where you will learn the fundamentals of yoga poses, movement and breathing and learn how to approach the basic poses safely. Limited spaces ensure you will get plenty of personal attention and there will be opportunities for discussion, questions and answers. Any injuries or personal differences will be taken into account when learning the fundamentals of practicing yoga safely.
