Perry
has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner
and hence her yoga teachings have a therapeutic focus where the asana
practise is intertwined with the fundamentals of Ayurveda. Her style
is a mixture of Iyengar and Hatha with emphasis on right alignment,
working with the breath and strengthening the body and mind. Health,
especially preventative therapies have always been her passion and
yoga is recognised as one of the important disciplines that support
