Hatha Flow


Hatha Flow blends traditional hatha yoga postures with gentle, breath-led sequences to build strength, balance, and inner focus. This is a slower, more grounded flow than a vinyasa class — allowing space to explore alignment, cultivate presence, and develop a deeper connection to your body and breath. But don't worry, we'll still get you moving, invigorated and revitalised!

An energising and uplifting class that invites you to move with breath, awareness, and intention.

Each class includes time to arrive and settle, dynamic sequences that gently build heat and energy, and grounding postures to support rest and integration. You’ll be guided through a flowing sequence with clear cues and plenty of options to modify or rest, making this class suitable for all levels of experience — whether you're new to yoga, or a seasoned yogi.

As a trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, Jessica holds a space that is inclusive, respectful, and choice-based. This means you are always invited to listen to your body, adapt the practice to suit your needs, and participate in a way that feels safe and empowering for you. There are no expectations to achieve or perform — just a supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect.
