SOUL STILLNESS - Saturday 23 May 2026

JJoin Nicole for a deeply restorative 75-minute Yoga Nidra workshop - a cosy afternoon of guided rest, reflection, and nervous system support.

If you’ve been feeling tired but unable to switch off, experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, or simply running on empty, this is a space to pause and be held.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep” or Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a fully guided practice where you are invited to lie down and rest while being gently led into a state between wakefulness and sleep.

No movement, no experience needed, just come as you are.

This practice supports deep physical relaxation while calming the mind, helping to improve sleep, reduce stress and fatigue, and create space for clarity, creativity, and emotional balance. It can be especially supportive for those navigating burnout, overwhelm, or physical tension in the body.

If “traditional” yoga or meditation hasn’t felt accessible for you, this offers a different entry point, one that requires nothing from you except your presence.

We’ll close the session with a short, gentle sound offering to support integration, followed by optional time to journal, reflect, or connect in a relaxed circle.

Think of this as a ritual of rest, a chance to reset, reconnect, and return to yourself

“As soon as I entered the premises, I felt a sense of relaxation and calm, almost as if I had stepped into a completely different aura or energy. Nicole’s guidance throughout the session was truly amazing. I left feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and with an experience that is honestly hard to put into words.”
