SOUL STILLNESS - SATURDAY 21 February 2026

Join Nicole for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra ritual designed to support rest, regulation, and reconnection.

Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep or Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a guided meditative practice that allows the body to fully rest while the mind remains gently aware. Practised regularly, it can support better sleep, reduced stress, improved clarity, and emotional balance.

Nicole discovered Yoga Nidra during a time of deep personal healing and has experienced firsthand its ability to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and create space for emotional integration. She offers this practice as an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to a sense of inner steadiness.

This session is intentionally spacious and nurturing, offering time to unwind, ground, and settle into deep rest. The practice is followed by gentle journaling and reflection to support integration.

Participants are encouraged to bring anything that helps them feel comfortable and supported; blankets, warm layers, eye masks, or cushions.

Think of this as a monthly ritual of rest for your nervous system.
