I’ve been teaching Pilates for ten years, with experience in mat work, Pilates apparatus, yoga, and personal training. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that Pilates is more than just movement — it’s a way to build trust in our bodies, develop resilience, and nurture a calm, positive connection between body and mind.
I’m based in beautiful Murrays Bay, where I live with my partner and our two daughters. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space for others to move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
