Join us for our new Pilates Mat class, designed to complement your yoga practice by building core strength, stability, and flexibility. Using resistance bands & stability balls, this class adds an extra challenge while keeping movements low-impact and effective.

About Pilates Mat

Strengthen, lengthen, and tone with our Pilates Mat class, often incorporating blocks, bolsters, resistance bands and stability balls for an extra challenge.  This new addition to our timetable is designed to complement your yoga practice by building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing stability

The resistance bands add intensity to traditional Pilates exercises, while the stability ball engages deep muscles for balance and coordination. Perfect for all levels, this class will help you develop greater control, balance, and body awareness.

Join our new Tuesday evening Pilates Mat class with Anke Gordon:

Pilates Mat class teaches body awareness, good posture, flexibility and agility. We will emphasis on core strength, balance and correct breathing. This class gives you a good full body work out and is suitable for beginners to advanced clients.  We use props like balls, stretch bands, and blocks to keep classes interesting and challenging.  On top of it we create an environment where it is relaxed and fun and we all like to have a good laugh too.
