Julie is a trained contemporary dancer with a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts from Unitec. She discovered Pilates during her full-time dance training and was immediately drawn to its transformative benefits for injury rehabilitation, strength building, and overall body maintenance.

After several years working as a freelance dancer, Julie followed her passion for movement and trained as a Pilates instructor through Stability Plus Pilates in 2014. 

With a dancer’s mindset, Julie is passionate about helping people move with strength, awareness, and intention. She blends the foundational principles of Pilates with an accessible, empowering, and joyful approach, encouraging clients to tune in, activate deeply, and move purposefully.
