SELINA GILBERT
Selina Gilbert is a dedicated yogini who loves sharing her passion for positive lifestyle and wellbeing with her students. Selina is a vinyasa yoga teacher.
MICHELLE ALLEN
Michelleās Yoga journey began in 2004 as a devoted student of Yoga. Eight years later in 2012, with a curiosity in deepening her practice she began her journey into Teacher Training.
MILLY MCMURDOCK
After discovering yoga when I was 18, I was hooked! My teaching journey started shortly after a 200 hour Yoga teacher training in 2020. Continuing with 70 hours of Yoga Nidra in 2021 and 108 hours of Sadhana lifestyle training in 2022.
JESSICA DZIWUlSKA
Jessica is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience. Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, somatics, and body awareness, creating classes that are both accessible and deeply nourishing.
LIV LEWIS-LONG
Liv has been practising yoga at Yoga Sanctuary for over 12 years, having followed in the footsteps of her mum who also practised there from the early days of the studio.
ABBEY-LEE MCMAHON
Abbey-Lee believes yoga is for everybody. She endeavours to create classes that accommodate all, welcomes people in and leaves them feeling good afterwards.
LAURA MCKENZIE
Laura McKenzie draws inspiration from her Embodied flow training, to curate classes that are invitational, invoking a sense of agency and flow, as well as promoting curiosity and exploration.
ANGE GERVAN
Yoga with Ange ā Breath with ease, move with strength, leave with energy! Sessions with Ange offer a fusion of movement experience informed from her practice in TCM & Acupuncture, Qi Gong and somatic inquiry.
FLEUR BLACKALL
Fleur practices yoga as a means to reconnect back in with herself, body, mind and intentions. Yoga allows her to find balance in her life and move through her day with ease.
JULIE VAN RENEN
Julie is a trained contemporary dancer with a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts from Unitec. She discovered Pilates during her full-time dance training and was immediately drawn to its transformative benefits for injury rehabilitation, strength building, and overall body maintenance.
SARAH HOGGARD
Sarah discovered her love for yoga in 2015, when she was just 20 years old. From the very first class, she felt an awakening in her body and a sense of peace in her mind.

Emily is a Registered Midwife, Accredited Fertility Awareness Educator, and Certified Yoga Teacher passionate about helping people embody and thrive in their innate physiology.
SARAH HON
Sarah is a Heart Warrior, a mama, and a yoga instructor. She is devoted to the path of Waking Up, and to the service and support of our Heart Warrior Tribe.
