Yoga Sanctuary – Terms & Conditions (2026)

Please read carefully before booking or purchasing

1. General

By purchasing a class pass, membership, workshop, or attending classes at Yoga Sanctuary, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always apply.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or via active membership

  • Prices are subject to change at any time

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Ezidebit)

  • We encourage booking classes in advance via our booking system so that our teachers can expect you (due to security requirements we must close and lock our door at the start of class – teachers will try to accommodate if they know you’re coming).

  • Please bring your own mat and drink bottle

3. Memberships (Auto-Renewing)

3.1 Membership Types

Yoga Sanctuary offers:

  • Weekly 2-Class Membership

  • Weekly Unlimited Membership

  • Monthly Unlimited Membership

All memberships are auto-renewing.

3.2 Auto-Renewal & Responsibility

  • Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle

  • Auto-renew is accepted at purchase

  • Clients are responsible for managing their own memberships

To cancel or pause, you must:

If notice is not received in time, the next payment will be processed and is non-refundable.

3.3 Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed via Ezidebit

  • Fees may include:

    • Setup fee: $2.30

    • Monthly fee: $1.46

    • Failed payment fee: $5 (Ezidebit) + $5 (Yoga Sanctuary admin fee)

  • Failed payments may be reprocessed automatically

All processed payments are final and non-refundable

3.4 Holds & Pauses

Memberships may be placed on hold:

  • With 14 days written notice

  • For travel or medical reasons

  • At Yoga Sanctuary’s discretion

3.5 Non-Transferability

Memberships:

  • Cannot be shared

  • Cannot be transferred to another person

4. Fixed-Term Membership (6-Month Unlimited)

  • Valid for 6 months from purchase date

  • May be placed on hold for maximum 1 month

  • Hold requests:

    • Must be submitted before travel

    • Must be requested as soon as possible for injury

  • Extensions are not guaranteed and are at management discretion

5. Class Passes & Intro Offers

  • All passes:

    • Have a strict expiry date

    • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Intro offers:

    • Valid for one month from date of purchase

    • Available to new clients only

    • Cannot be repurchased

  • 6, 10 & 20 Concession Passes:

    • Valid for 5 months from date of purchase

Extensions

  • Only considered for:

    • Injury or medical reasons

  • Must:

    • Be requested before expiry

    • Include medical certificate

  • Approval is at Yoga Sanctuary’s discretion

6. Promotions & Special Offers

  • Promotional passes (e.g. Black Friday deals):

    • Have fixed validity periods

    • Cannot be extended unless stated

    • Are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Group Classes

  • Minimum 2 hours notice required to cancel

If cancelled late or missed:

  • Pass holders: class is forfeited

  • Membership/intro clients: $10 late cancel/no-show fee may apply

Due to limited class sizes, no exceptions apply

Private Sessions

  • Minimum 24 hours notice required

  • Late cancellations or no-shows = full session charged

8. Workshops, Events & Courses

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • If cancellation is allowed, it will be clearly stated

  • No-shows are not credited or refunded

  • Workshops are not included in memberships

Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule events

  • Provide refunds or credits if the studio cancels

9. Waitlists

  • Clients may join a waitlist for full classes

  • If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically added

  • Standard cancellation policy applies once added

10. Studio Schedule & Changes

Yoga Sanctuary reserves the right to:

  • Change teachers

  • Modify class schedules

  • Cancel classes if required

Where possible, notice will be given.

If the studio cancels a class, the class will be credited.

11. Health & Safety

By attending classes, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate

  • You will inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancy, or conditions

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation

Yoga Sanctuary and its instructors are not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Loss or damage to personal property

12. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a calm and respectful space:

  • Arrive on time (late entry may not be permitted)

  • Phones must be silent and left in reception area

  • Respect teachers and other students

  • Follow all studio guidelines

13. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected for booking and communication purposes

  • We may send emails related to:

    • Bookings

    • Studio updates

    • Promotions (if opted in)

  • You may unsubscribe at any time

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By:

  • Booking a class

  • Purchasing a pass or membership

  • Attending Yoga Sanctuary

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
