Movement has always been a key part of Tamsin’s life. She started dancing at the age of five
and didn’t stop until her 20s! She was introduced to a wide variety of movement including yoga and pilates while studying at the Wellington Performing Arts Centre. Tamsin holds a BA in Politics and Philosophy and has worked as a writer, stylist and editor for many household titles with fitness being her hobby. It wasn’t until after she had her daughter that she switched her punishing workouts at the gym for Pilates and focused on rebuilding her core strength.
Tamsin first trained with Polestar Pilates in 2017, since then she has gone on to become comprehensively trained across all Pilates Studio equipment and is a qualified Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. Tamsin has experience in pre/post natal. Tamsin loves to see the progress her clients make. Her classes are fun, creative and a full body workout. and is passionate about supporting people with their holistic health goals!
