About Power Yoga
Perfect for those wanting a strength and mobility workout without weights, Power Yoga conditions your muscles, improves posture and balance, and supports you in progressing towards more advanced yoga poses, such as arm balances and inversions in Vinyasa 2. With an emphasis on deep core strengthening, it’s also a powerful way to keep your body mobile and resilient as you age.
This class is especially helpful if you’re ready to transition from Vinyasa 1 to Vinyasa 2—or if you simply want to stay in peak condition with a practice that builds both strength and fluidity.
