Join Laura for a deeply nourishing evening of reflection, stillness, and intention setting.
This guided and intuitive journaling workshop is designed to help you connect inward and consciously shape how you want to feel as you move through 2026.
We’ll begin with a gentle Yin yoga practice, followed by breathwork and a deeply relaxing guided meditation to take you into the depths of your inner world. From this grounded and spacious place, Laura will guide you through an invitational journaling practice using carefully curated prompts to support clarity, intention, and alignment for the year ahead.
This is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and create intentions that feel meaningful, embodied, and authentic.

Laura McKenzie
Finding it at a challenging point of her life, yoga became the tool that Laura McKenzie used to lean into and embrace uncertainty. Quickly recognising the shift yoga had on her outlook and understanding of life, she was drawn to teach.
Laura studied Hatha/Vinyasa under the Embodied Flow methodology with Adele Kinghan, and has continued to study, becoming passionate in Non- Dual Shaivism Tantra, Pre/post natal Yoga and Embodied Flow Yin Yoga.
Laura is particularly drawn to working in Women’s Health and Somatics; which has also led her to study Somatic Stress Release with Dr Scott Lyons, Yoga for Women’s Health with Yoga Medicine, as well as Pelvic Floor Health.
