Christina McGrath is an ultra runner, snowboarder, high performance coach, and yoga teacher who has spent years helping athletes, adventurers, and everyday humans move better, feel stronger, and live more aligned. After years running surf & yoga retreats in Bali and coaching athletes around the world, she now leads Optimise alongside Skye Swift — blending mindset, movement, recovery, and performance to support sustainable, high-level living.
Her work lives at the intersection of science, soul, and sport — always rooted in the belief that when you move with intention, you unlock your full potential.
