Rest, Release & Reset for the Mind, Body & Nervous System - Friday 20 March 2026

The Art of Letting Go is a 2-hour restorative workshop designed to support women who are feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or physically exhausted. 

Specifically designed to help women release tension, rest deeply and reset the nervous system.

Through gentle movement, restorative yoga, guided rest, and reflective practices, participants are supported to slow down, soften, and return to balance. Mind, body, and nervous system.

This experience gently guides participants out of “doing mode” and into deep rest, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate and the body to release stored tension. This workshop creates space to soften, slow down, and reset from the inside out.

The session will include:

  • Gentle, floor-based movement to release tension from the body

  • Fully supported restorative yoga postures held for deep relaxation

  • A guided deep rest meditation

  • Simple reflective prompts to support integration and clarity

  • A calm, nurturing environment that encourages rest without pressure

This workshop is suitable for all levels and requires no prior yoga experience. It is especially supportive for women who feel “wired but tired,” struggle to switch off, or are navigating stress, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation.

Participants will leave feeling calmer, grounded, and more connected to their body, with simple tools to support ongoing rest and regulation in daily life.

Milly McMurdock is a health coach and yoga teacher who supports women to move out of overwhelm and back into balance. Her work blends restorative yoga, nervous-system regulation, and holistic coaching to create safe, grounding spaces for deep rest, recalibration, and sustainable wellbeing.  

With a background in health coaching, yoga, and nervous-system-informed practices, Milly blends evidence-based wellbeing with gentle, intuitive approaches to rest and regulation.

 Her work is especially supportive for women experiencing burnout, stress, hormonal imbalance, or struggle to switch off to rest and recover.

Milly creates safe, nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn sustainable tools for rest, resilience, and self-care, without pressure or perfection.
