This weekly Pregnancy Yoga class offers a calm, supportive space to help you feel strong, connected, and confident as your body changes and you prepare for birth and beyond.

Pregnancy Yoga - Weekly class
Guided by Fleur Blackall, each class blends gentle, pregnancy-safe movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, supporting your body while nurturing a sense of inner calm. Classes are thoughtfully designed to relieve common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and stability, and help you tune in to your body and growing baby.
More than just a yoga class, this is a welcoming space to connect with other expectant mothers. Time is often woven in for reflection and shared experiences, creating a sense of community and reassurance that many mums find just as valuable as the physical practice.
Each class may include:
• Gentle movement with safe modifications for all trimesters
• Breathing techniques to support emotional balance and prepare for labour
• Pelvic floor and core awareness
• Restorative poses and guided relaxation
• Practical tools you can take into everyday life and birth preparation
