In a world that constantly asks us to do more, achieve more, and keep pushing through, many of us are living with nervous systems that rarely get the chance to truly rest.
Rest & Regulate is a deeply restorative workshop designed to help you slow down, release accumulated stress, and support your body's natural ability to recover.
Through gentle breathwork, restorative yoga, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra (often described as "yogic sleep"), you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where your body can shift out of stress and into restoration.
This isn't about stretching further or doing more. It's about creating the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to soften, rest, and reset.
Whether you're experiencing burnout, feeling overwhelmed, navigating a busy season of life, or simply longing for some uninterrupted stillness, this workshop offers a space to pause and reconnect with yourself.

Milly McMurdock is a health coach and yoga teacher who supports women to move out of overwhelm and back into balance. Her work blends restorative yoga, nervous-system regulation, and holistic coaching to create safe, grounding spaces for deep rest, recalibration, and sustainable wellbeing.
With a background in health coaching, yoga, and nervous-system-informed practices, Milly blends evidence-based wellbeing with gentle, intuitive approaches to rest and regulation.
Her work is especially supportive for women experiencing burnout, stress, hormonal imbalance, or struggle to switch off to rest and recover.
Milly creates safe, nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn sustainable tools for rest, resilience, and self-care, without pressure or perfection.
