The Art of Receiving
Mother’s Day Edition - Friday 8 May 2026

In a world that celebrates giving, striving, and holding it all together…
this evening is an invitation to soften.

To slow down.
To be held.
To receive.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening as we explore The Art of Receiving - a gentle yet powerful practice of opening to support, rest, and replenishment.

Together, we’ll move through guided somatic practices, restorative stillness, and reflective ritual to help you reconnect with your capacity to receive - love, care, pleasure, and presence - without guilt or striving.

This Mother’s Day weekend, we honour the many layers of what it means to nurture.
Whether you are a mother, longing to be one, healing your relationship with your own mother, or learning to mother yourself… you are welcome here.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling nourished, softened, and supported.
