The Art of Receiving - Friday 5 June 2026
In This winter, an invitation into something deeper…
Not more giving.
Not more doing.
But a chance to receive… fully.
As the season slows us down, many of us still keep pushing.
Holding it together.
Caring for everyone else.
Overgiving, overextending, overriding our own needs.
And somewhere along the way…
we forget what it feels like to be supported ourselves.
The Art of Receiving
A nourishing 2-hour immersive workshop designed for women to help you soften, slow down, and reconnect with yourself this winter.
You’ll be gently guided to:
– regulate and soothe your nervous system
– release patterns of overgiving and depletion
– reconnect to your body’s capacity for rest, pleasure, joy, and support
This is your permission slip to receive…
without guilt, apology, or needing to earn it first.
Because when a woman truly allows herself to receive,
everything within her begins to soften and expand.
